Approving Marketo Custom Activities

Why is this important?
Marketo follows an approval process for all changes made within the Marketo Instance. The Tourial application submits a request to your marketo instance for Custom Activities to be added, a Markeo admin must go in and approve those activitie(s) before they can be utilized.
1. In Admin, select Custom Activities in the left side menu or main screen.
2. On the right-hand side, you should see TWO Tourial-specific custom activities named Tourial Content View and Tourial View.
Let's start by selecting the custom activity named Tourial Content View. Then, with that selected, click the Custom Activity Actions dropdown and select Approve Activity.
3. Next, select the custom activity named Tourial View and repeat the same approval steps as the Tourial Content View activity .
ā**Please note: some customers may not need to re-approve the Tourial View custom activity. If the Tourial View custom activity is not showing an approval is needed (State: Approval with Draft), then no action is required.**
One more step! Once you've successfully re-approved the Custom Activities in Marketo, you'll need to go to the Marketo settings page inside the Tourial app and re-enable Engagement Activities for Marketo.
**This must be done before engagement activity can begin sending again to Marketo.
